The following conditions must be met in order to be able to exchange the product for another product:

If the product arrived in a damaged condition or did not conform to the specifications or was chosen from the Kantar HOME website, You can then contact us within 3 days from the date of receipt to return the product to us in the same condition in which you received it and with the same original packaging. As soon as we receive the product, we’ll check it out, If a defect or damage is found in it, We will immediately begin the process of refunding you in full. Whether you paid for the product or paid for shipping. No exchange or return will be accepted if the above conditions are not met, and the product will be shipped back to the customer, with the customer bearing all shipping costs

It cannot be exchanged or refunded due to the following
